Micro Heroes are art too

In addition to my pencil art, I've also dabbled in Micro Hero-ing. And what exactly are Micro Heroes you ask? Check it out:

Other art, other work, other places

Running a blog isn't the first thing I've done on the internet...thankfully. I've been a member of several discussion forums for a few years, and I go by many names. Some might know me as "Anguirel" if they're members of the Lord of the Rings Guide Forums. Others may be familiar with "Kenobi_Kid" a fairly frequent poster on The Force.net's Jedi Council Forums. And, if one frequents the Image Comics forum, especially the Wildgaurd sub-forum, they may have encountered an exuberant chap going by the name of "The Ghost"

As you've probably guessed, those are me. On several of these forums I've contributted amateur art, and starting with this post I'll be collecting and showcasing some of these works, starting with three pencil sketches I drew as Kenobi_Kid for a friend's fan-fiction: Have Blaster, Will Travel. These pictures are of the protaganist of that story, bounty-hunter Eclan Graven and his Jedi love interest Arani Hesas.

First-time post from a first-time blogger

My name is Spectre. I run this blog. I'm new to it, but that can change. If you need to know anything else, read my profile. That's what it's there for.

I'm going to be posting and discussing 'Art' here, but mostly the kind of art that is considered low-brow. IE comic books and comic strips. I've been an avid reader of both since childhood and I'll be offering my perhaps not-so seasoned opinions on many, or some, or a few, or a couple, of todays comics and the artists who draw them. Mostly I'll just be using my blog as a platform to upload art images of my own and post them in other places, but that's life. My blog didn't ask to be made, I made it.
